1. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

Items that are worn, damaged, or missing parts may not be eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Clearance or final sale items.

Perishable goods or consumables.

Customized or special-order items.
3. Return Process

Once approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
4. Refunds

Since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued via:

Bank Transfer (you will be asked to provide account details).

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges

We allow exchanges for items of equal or lesser value, subject to product availability.

If the new item costs more, you will need to pay the difference at delivery.
6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof.
